"Brylanehome is a RIPOFF"
Ordered some lavender wash cloths. When I received them they were NOT the same lavender as online. When I tried returning them I find out I will not get the full refund. So the other option was store credit. Then when I choose store credit on my cell phone when I'm at the dropoff location I find out I still will not get the full amount on the store credit. Shipping fees that they set up. I asked via email Customer Service to just refund me my money. Now I'm being told theirs a return fee and it is more than what is left to refund me.

I JUST BEEN RIPPED OFF! 2023 and there's companies that don't issue full refunds! THAT"S CRAZY! OR in this case: NO REFUND AND THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT. There ought to be some LAW against this.

"Never Again!"
Unbelievable! I ordered a dandelion yellow stripe king comforter from Brylane Home. What came, was a blue one. I called - took over an hour - very difficult to understand the person who tried to help me. I sent the comforter back as instructed. They resent another this time it was solid yellow, not a striped one. I have waited over a month. Giving up!!! I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again!!!! So disappointed to not be able to get what I wanted. Don't trust them! They will send what they want, not what the customer wants!

"Discount coupons that are BOGAS"
I was offered a discount coupon with my new credit card and when applied it was invalid then I received another one when I registered unable to apply. These coupons are FRAUD it's just to get you to apply for a credit card. Bad experience and I'm spreading my experience on social media!!

"Don't bother, they will waste more time than you have."
I tried placing an order over the phone. The first person hung up on me when I didn't have the catalog code. The second person would not stop suggestive selling items: when I said no to one, he put me on hold, came back on the line and tried with something else. After three of these, I asked if we were done and he said just one more. I told him I didn't have any more time and hung up without placing my order. I then ordered my item online. That night I received an email saying my order was on hold and I had to call them. When I did, they wanted information that I'd already given them. I asked how long this was going to take (I didn't want to be on the phone another 15 minutes) and how many more redundant questions she had. She would not say, so I canceled the order.

"I gave them one star if I could I would…"
I gave them one star if I could I would have given them a minus. I paid off the amount of the statement for the month and on time and yet the charged me a dollar and 30 cents interest, said my payment was late and added 32 dollars late fee. My payment was done by phone as always and could not have been late ,I didn't get a statement for the next month but started getting phone calls demanding payment, I called to see what the problem was and found this information and they were charging me another 32 dollars late fee. I did get them to drop the one thirty two dollars after threatening them with further action but they did turn it in as a collection on my credit report which I am very angry about. I pay all of my bills on time and for a very dishonest company like this to get away with this kind of behavior is appalling. Customers beware they are con artists.

"Very unhappy with the service"
Very unhappy with the service. I was charged shipping when it was supposed to be FREE. Was also charged an exuberant amount for bed spreads, shams and a table cloth. FAR FROM the original price, so an expensive mistake. I should at least be credited my shipping charge. Also the full price charged for items returned.

"Being charged for a return for late charges"
I ordered a bedspread set, only opened the outer wrapping, did not like the color and returned it. After the order was returned, I got an email stating the return was successful and I had a balance of 2$ and some cents, which I paid. A few weeks passed and I got a bill for 40$, which I felt I didn't owe. Bryland Home has raised the late fee for me to pay to almost 400$ and I get at least 8-10 calls a day from Commentity Bank.

"Horrible Company"
I ordered products at 75% off.When I get my billing statement the charged me $40 more.So I call and am told " Oh there must have been a code YOU forgot to enter!" Ummm no, because the only code was a shipping code which I entered! THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMERS! Customer service is a joke!

"I purchased a Christmas Pop Up tree…"
I purchased a Christmas Pop Up tree from Brylane Home that I purchased to be used this year. They shipped the tree to me 12/28/2021, and I did receive in a timely manner. I made the mistake of trusting that I received a product that worked as I just put the tree up in a closet. I pulled it out yesterday, it didn't have any instructions. I called CC 12/4 before really looking & was told they couldn't send me any instructions to call today. Not a problem to set up it was pretty easy once I looked it over. Not impressed as you can see through the tree, and very few ornaments/bows etc. However, when I plugged it up only a little over half of the tree lights up! I called their CC as was told to just look for a bulb that looked "burnt out". The lights are on the inside and around12 rows to try to look through not easy. I was told to bad, they couldn't do anything about it because they have a 60 policy. $100 down the drain!! I didn't expect a refund, but just opening still I did expect an exchange and would have paid shipping. If you buy anything from them take it out of the box set up to see if it works! I have always bought my trees after Christmas and never a problem until them.

"Good luck returning an order to this company..."
This was my first, and last purchase from BrylaneHome. My wife wanted to replace our outdoor Christmas wreaths so I bought a set of six (6) from Brylane to have matching decorations across the upstairs windows. When they arrived, we discovered Brylane had shipped the wrong size wreathes and that most of the lights didn't work. I ordered 18" wreathes and they shipped 12", so I called today to get a return authorization. 45 minutes and three different customer "service" agents later, I gave up. All I wanted was an email with a return authorization before I shipped the wreathes back so I had some kind of proof they were ever received, in my possession and then shipped back out. I was told they are unable to email customers? And that I would have to take their word for the promise to refund my credit card, which would happen only after they receive the goods back in Plainfield, IN. Oh, and I am also responsible for going to FedEx or UPS or USPS and paying for the return shipping. "But it's ok because their back office staff will refund my costs for shipping when I mail them the receipts...". I guess they figure if they make it hard enough to do, some people just won't bother returning the incorrect items they ship out. Next step, dispute charges with Visa.

"Terrible company & awful return process"
Bought a couple of Christmas Decorations (elves that were supposed to stand up but didn't) that did not work out so I decided to return them. BE FAIR WARNED that this process will take AT LEAST three to four weeks before you see any of your money. You also have to pay a 10% restocking fee (to cover postage I assume). The return carrier takes FOREVER to send the return, so the package stays in transit for much longer than it should. To speak of the quality of the items I purchased, they were just okay. They didn't perform as they appeared to on the website, but I also didn't do as much research as I should have. I also found the same items on another website for a lesser price (also my fault for not doing the research). This isn't why I returned them though. I just really didn't like them. Overall, I won't do business with them again, and I don't recommend them to anyone else. If you find something you can't live without on their website, do yourself a favor & search for the item on other websites.
For the record, I purchased the items about a month ago & shipped them out two weeks ago. They are still in transit & generally sit at a shipping hub for 5-7 days before they are transferred to the next stop. So far, they have only made it to NJ & I am in New England. I contacted Customer Service & they told me I may be waiting a few more weeks to receive my refund. It did NOT take that long to receive my items when I ordered them.

"WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER"
Well, I'm a week into waiting for an order to ship, for my boss. She decides to cancel the order. I contact CSR via chat. They tell me they'll take care of it and then end the chat. I call the phone number and I'm told the order is "still in process," and that they can't cancel it. That's right - it hasn't been shipped, but they can't cancel. This is a fraudulent company that engages in extremely unethical practices. They will lie to you and do everything they can to squeeze every last dollar they can out of you. It's less a retailer and more of a scam artist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MESS

"Zero Stars Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With"
They will create a shipping label so they can consider your order "processed" and collect the money, but won't ship it. 20 days after saying my order had shipped, it was still sitting in their warehouse "waiting on carrier to pick up", and good luck getting their customer service to help you. They will get rude with you and tell you they can't do anything until your order doesn't show up after 20 days. I actually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

"Horrible cs, catalog company cheats the customer"
I just spent an hour+ trying to place an order from the catalog by using their online order system. When I got to the total, I had been charged the full amount of the order, not the sale price. I called customer service and explained what had happened. Their answer was to continue charging the full price because I was placing the order online. So, I asked if I call in my order, will I receive the sale price that way. The answer was "no" because telephone orders are always charged the full price, never a sale price. So far, I haven't figured out how to ever order anything from them without using my computer or the telephone. I didn't try using mail…. I don't think that would have worked, either. I am disgusted with this company. I will never order from them again, and I asked to be removed from their mailing list. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

“Stay away form them and their line of credit! Horrible customer service- they don't respond promptly to your requests, incomplete answers, don't follow through as promised.....and they will completely screw up your credit with their fees and lack of attention”
