"Shipping wasn’t exactly smooth"
My order showed up later than they originally said, so I can’t say I wasn’t a bit annoyed. It did arrive in good shape though, so it wasn’t nothing terrible. I just wish they gave better updates along the way.

"Refund is taking way too long"
I sent my item back a few weeks ago and I’m still kind of just... waiting for the refund to show up. I reached out to customer service, but the answers were vague and didn’t really tell me what was going on. It’s not the worst experience ever, I guess, but yeah, it’s been annoying...

"Shipping charges"

I stopped shopping with Brylane because they don't offer free shipping no matter how much you spend with them. Other companies do. The prices are already too expensive and shipping is too much. They have nice items and  I would order more but never free shipping.

"Better than I expected for the price"
I picked up a few bedding items and some curtains, mostly because the prices seemed reasonable. i wasn’t expecting anything too fancy for what I paid, but the quality ended up being nicer than I thought it would be. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues. Overall, it met my expectations and even beat them a bit, so I’d order from them again.

"Hard to Get Any Help Compared to Other Companies"
I’ve tried reaching out to customer service a few times no one ever gets back to me. It’s frustrating, especially because other companies I’ve used usually respond within a day or at least send some kind of update. Here, it just feels like messages go nowhere

This feels sturdy and has held up better than I expected. I was a little unsure at first because it seemed kind of stiff, but so far it’s been fine. Did anyone else notice that at the beginning too?

“Stay away form them and their line of credit! Horrible customer service- they don't respond promptly to your requests, incomplete answers, don't follow through as promised.....and they will completely screw up your credit with their fees and lack of attention”
